Can't Claim staking Rewards

When I try claim rewards, I sign  the transaction on the ledger and the following error shows up on the the screen constantly.
Error
Transaction Failed Couldn't broadcast tx, please try again
I have tried a different computer

This occurs with any transaction. If I try undelegate, the error only pops up once.
